Condition
As you can see from the video and pictures the laptop is in Excellent Condition, I have only noticed the following minor cosmetic imperfections and signs of use
A few minor scuffs / scratches to the lid & bottom case
Preparation, Diagnostics & Cleaning
The internal fan has been removed , hoovered, cleaned & new thermal paste applied to the heat sink then re-seated and sprayed with compressed air to ensure of a cool quiet running experience as you can see from the good processor temperature reading via the Core Temp App shown in the product picture. The motherboard is checked for any signs of liquid spills sprayed with compressed air to remove any dust or debris then hoovered. The keyboard has been fully tested and cleaned with a sanitizer solution using a toothbrush and hoover to remove any dirt and grime! All exteriors of the laptop are then cleaned with a sanitizer solution using a microfiber cloth. The screen is cleaned using a non-smear solution and a specialized LCD screen cleaning cloth. All ports are checked and tested as working
The SSD have been checked using the Crystal Disk application and as you can see in the product picture it reports Good health and a good temperature. The laptop then has a full diagnostic scan to ensure there are no failings or issues, as you will see in the video it passed without any issues. It is then left to run for at least 24 hours without been allowed to sleep or hibernate to ensure no issues develop.
Battery
This model comes with a dual battery feature, consisting of an internal and external battery. After a full charge, Windows has indicated a battery life of 4 hours and 20 minutes. During a test where the laptop ran solely on the batteries for 1 hour and 50 minutes, Windows indicated a remaining battery life of 3 hours and 21 minutes at 65% charge. Please note that these battery life estimates may vary depending on your usage patterns and settings. To assess the health of the batteries, the Battery Info tool was used, which reported a battery health of 77.5% for the internal battery and 76.5% for the external battery. It's important to note that battery health can vary over time and depends on factors such as usage patterns and charging habits. As the batteries are consumable items, I offer no guarantees on their lifespan or performance.
As you will see the laptop has a tamper evident security seal on the rear of the laptop if this is removed or damaged this may invalidate the warranty and return process
