Warranty & Returns

I offer a 30 day warranty & return policy on all the laptops, buyer pays return postage. So in the unlikely event of the laptop developing a fault within 30 days of delivery you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price minus any postage costs. Any returns found not to be faulty once returned will be subject to the deduction of initial postage plus payment processing fees and return postage costs without exception

Note this excludes the battery (s) and accidental damage and any modifications made by the customer. Some of the laptops may have a security seal sticker on the bottom cover which will be shown in the listing pictures if applicable, if this is removed or damaged then this may void the warranty & return policy.

By placing an order, you agree to our warranty & returns and Terms of Service policy as outlined on this website. If you choose to cancel an order, please note that the payment processing fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
