Condition
As you can see from the video and pictures the laptop is in Excellent Condition, I have only noticed the following minor cosmetic imperfections and signs of us
A few minor scuffs / scratches to the lid
A few minor scuffs / scratches to the bottom case
Slight shine to the trackpad purely cosmetic the trackpad works just fine and has been properly cleaned and sanitized
The screen has two small white blemishes, bottom middle and bottom right, also some very slight faint keyboard rub to the middle of the screen. All shown in the below video using the mouse cursor as you will see very minor and hard to see.
Preparation, Diagnostics & Cleaning
The internal fan has been removed , hoovered, cleaned & new thermal paste applied to the heat sink then re-seated and sprayed with compressed air to ensure of a cool quiet running experience as you can see from the good processor temperature reading via the Core Temp App shown in the product picture. The motherboard is checked for any signs of liquid spills sprayed with compressed air to remove any dust or debris then hoovered. The keyboard has been fully tested and cleaned with a sanitizer solution using a toothbrush and hoover to remove any dirt and grime! All exteriors of the laptop are then cleaned with a sanitizer solution using a microfiber cloth. The screen is cleaned using a non-smear solution and a specialized LCD screen cleaning cloth. All ports are checked and tested as working
The SSD have been checked using the Hard Disk Sentinel application and as you can see in the product picture it reports Perfect health and a good temperature. The laptop then has a full diagnostic scan to ensure there are no failings or issues, as you will see in the video it passed without any issues. It is then left to run for at least 24 hours without been allowed to sleep or hibernate to ensure no issues develop.
Battery
This model has the dual batteries feature (internal & external) Windows has indicated 7:21 after a full charge, the laptop has then been left to run on the batteries for 2 hour's after which Windows indicated 7:18 hours remaining @ 77%.
This will vary depending on usage and settings I offer no guarantees given on the batteries as they are used consumable items
