The laptop lid has been enhanced with a freshly applied, colour-matched vinyl cover, providing it with a clean and nearly new appearance. The original lid surface had minimal damage, mainly a few scuffs, scratches and sticker marks, which have been effectively addressed with this upgrade.

The BIOS of this laptop has no password set or restrictions, providing easy access and customization options.

Condition

This laptop is in Excellent Used Condition, as demonstrated in the detailed photos and video. It functions perfectly and has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. I have observed the following minor cosmetic imperfections:

• Bottom Case: A few light scuffs and scratches.
• Keyboard: Some shine on a few keys. This is purely cosmetic; all keys work perfectly and have been properly cleaned and sanitized.

These minor imperfections do not affect performance or usability. Please review the video and pictures for a closer look at the laptop’s condition.

Preparation, Diagnostics & Cleaning

The internal fan has been removed , hoovered, cleaned & new thermal paste applied to the heat sink then re-seated and sprayed with compressed air to ensure of a cool quiet running experience as you can see from the good processor temperature reading via the Core Temp App shown in the product picture. The motherboard is checked for any signs of liquid spills sprayed with compressed air to remove any dust or debris then hoovered. The keyboard has been fully tested and cleaned with a sanitizer solution using a toothbrush and hoover to remove any dirt and grime! All exteriors of the laptop are then cleaned with a sanitizer solution using a microfiber cloth. The screen is cleaned using a non-smear solution and a specialized LCD screen cleaning cloth. All ports are checked and tested as working

The SSD is brand new and has been checked using the Crystal Disk application and as you can see in the product picture as expected it reports Good health and a good temperature. The laptop then has a full diagnostic scan to ensure there are no failings or issues, as you will see in the video it passed without any issues. It is then left to run for at least 24 hours without been allowed to sleep or hibernate to ensure no issues develop.

Battery

This model has the dual batteries feature (internal & external) Windows has indicated 7:08 after a full charge, the laptop has then been left to run on the batteries for 1:30 hour's after which Windows indicated 5:49 hours remaining @ 83%. The Battery Info View tool is also used to obtain the readings of the batteries health which are 79.3% & 81.3% as shown in the last picture in the listing photos. This will vary depending on usage and settings and is an indication only I offer no guarantees on the batteries as they are used consumable items

As you will see the laptop has a tamper evident security seal on the rear of the laptop if this is removed or damaged this may invalidate the warranty and return process
