Condition
As you can see from the video and pictures the laptop is in Excellent Condition, I have only noticed the following minor cosmetic imperfections and signs of us
A few scuff / scratch marks to the bottom case
Slight shine to some of the keys purely cosmetic all keys work just fine and the keyboard has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
The screen has some very faint keyboard rub to the upper middle and a faint white blemish to the bottom right corner, as you can see in the product video this is very minor and hard to see
Preparation, Diagnostics & Cleaning
The internal fan has been removed cleaned, hoovered and sprayed with compressed air then re-seated and new thermal paste applied to the heatsink to ensure of a cool quiet running experience. The motherboard is checked for any signs of liquid spills sprayed with compressed air to remove any dust or debris then hoovered. The keyboard has been fully tested and hoovered, cleaned with a sanitizer solution and toothbrush to remove any dirt and grime! All exteriors of the laptop are then cleaned with a sanitizer solution using a microfiber cloth. The screen is cleaned using a non-smear solution and a specialized LCD screen cleaning cloth. All ports are checked and tested as working
The SSD has been scanned with the Crystal Disk app and as you can see it reports Good Health, laptop then has a full diagnostic scan to ensure there are no failings or issues, as you will see in the video it passed without any issues. It is then left to run for at least 24 hours without been allowed to sleep or hibernate to ensure no issues develop.
Battery
This model has the dual batteries feature (internal & external) Windows has indicated 3:12 after a full charge, the laptop has then been left to run on the batteries for 1:30 hours after which Windows indicated 5:05 hours remaining @ 71%. The batteries report a health of 81.9% & 64.4% as per the Battery Info app.
This will vary depending on usage and settings I offer no guarantees given on the batteries as they are used consumable items
All Windows, System & Bios Updates are applied at the time of listing so its ready to go!
As you will see the laptop has a tamper evident security seal on the rear of the laptop if this is removed or damaged this may invalidate the warranty and return process
