Condition

This laptop is in Excellent Refurbished Condition, as shown in the pictures and video. It has been carefully refurbished and functions perfectly, with only a few very minor cosmetic imperfections:

• Lid and bottom case : A few minor scuffs and scratch marks,
• Keyboard: Slight shine to some of the keys all keys work just fine and has been cleaned 
• Palmrest: Tiny very slight dink to the front left corner very minor as shown in the picture and video
• Screen: Very small faint white blemish to the upper middle, as shown in the product video very minor and hard to see 

These minor imperfections do not affect the laptop’s performance. Please refer to the pictures and video for a closer look at the laptop’s condition.

Preparation, Diagnostics & Cleaning

The internal fan has been removed cleaned, hoovered then new thermal paste applied to the heatsink, fan re-seated and sprayed with compressed air to ensure of a cool quiet running experience as you can see from the good processor temperature reading via the Core Temp App. The motherboard is checked for any signs of liquid spills and sprayed with compressed air to remove any dust or debris. The keyboard has been fully tested and cleaned with a sanitizer solution  to remove any dirt and grime! All exteriors of the laptop are then cleaned with a sanitizer solution using a microfiber cloth. The screen is cleaned using a non-smear solution and a specialized LCD screen cleaning cloth. All ports are checked and tested as working.

The SSDs have been checked using the Crystal Disk Info application and they report Good health and a good temperature as you can see. The laptop then has a full diagnostic scan to ensure there are no failings or issues, as you will see in the video it passed without any issues. It is then left to run for at least 24 hours (generally 48 hours) without been allowed to sleep or hibernate to ensure no issues develop.

Battery

This model has one replacement 6 cell external battery (no internal battery fitted) Windows has indicated 5:03 after a full charge, the laptop has then been left to run on the batteries for 1:30 hours after which Windows indicated 5:53 hours remaining @ 80%

The battery has also been scanned with the Battery Info View App which reports a battery health of 100%

This will vary depending on usage and settings and is an indication only I offer no guarantees on the batteries as they are used consumable items.

As you will see the laptop has a tamper evident security seal on the rear of the laptop if this is removed or damaged this may invalidate the warranty and return process
