Condition

As shown in the pictures and video, this laptop is in Very Good Used Condition. It is fully functional, with only a few very minor cosmetic imperfections typical of general use:

• Bottom Case: A few minor scuffs and scratch marks & a faint sticker mark
• Trackpad: Very slight shine, purely cosmetic. The trackpad works perfectly and has been thoroughly cleaned.
• Screen: Four tiny pin head sized spec marks to the upper left very difficult to see as showin in the product video 

These imperfections are purely aesthetic and do not impact the laptop’s performance. Please refer to the pictures and video for a closer look at its condition.

Preparation, Diagnostics & Cleaning

The internal fan has been removed , hoovered, cleaned & new thermal paste applied to the heat sink then re-seated and sprayed with compressed air to ensure of a cool quiet running experience as you can see from the good processor temperature reading via the Core Temp App shown in the product picture. The motherboard is checked for any signs of liquid spills sprayed with compressed air to remove any dust or debris then hoovered. The keyboard has been fully tested and cleaned with a sanitizer solution using a toothbrush and hoover to remove any dirt and grime! All exteriors of the laptop are then cleaned with a sanitizer solution using a microfiber cloth. The screen is cleaned using a non-smear solution and a specialized LCD screen cleaning cloth. All ports are checked and tested as working

The SSD have been checked using the Hard Disk Sentinel application and as you can see in the product picture it reports Perfect health and a good temperature. The laptop then has a full diagnostic scan to ensure there are no failings or issues, as you will see in the video it passed without any issues. It is then left to run for at least 24 hours without been allowed to sleep or hibernate to ensure no issues develop.

Battery

This model has two batteries a 3 cell external and 3 cell internal, Windows has indicated 4:30 after a full charge the laptop has then been left to run on the battery without been allowed to sleep or hibernate or turn the screen off for 2 hours after which Windows indicated 2:42 remaining @ 44% capacity. The Battery Info View tool is also used to obtain the readings of the batteries health which are 69.5% & 91.5% as shown in the last picture in the listing photos. This will vary depending on usage and settings and is an indication only I offer no guarantees on the batteries as they are used consumable items
