Important Notes:

• The right-side USB port does not work, but a brand-new USB Hub (3 x USB 3.0 + Gigabit Ethernet) is included for extra connectivity.
• The left-side Thunderbolt port is disabled in device manager (consider it faulty) due to an unresolved error (see product picture), despite attempted firmware updates via both Lenovo and Intel sites.. The error message no longer appears
• All other ports function perfectly.

Condition

As shown in the video and pictures, this laptop is in Very Good Condition. It is fully functional, with only minor cosmetic imperfections typical of general use:

• Lid & Bottom Case: A few minor scuffs and scratches.
• Palm Rest: Slight shine and a faint sticker mark on the left side. The paint on the front left corner is slightly worn (purely cosmetic and detailed in the video).
• Keyboard: A little shine on some keys, purely cosmetic; all keys function perfectly and have been properly cleaned and sanitized.
• SIM Card Tray: Missing from the back. No WWAN module is installed in the system.
• Trackpad: A little shine in the middle, but it works perfectly.

These imperfections do not affect performance. Please refer to the pictures and video for a closer look at its condition.

Preparation, Diagnostics & Cleaning

The internal fan has been removed to clean and spray with compressed air and new thermal paste applied to the heatsink to ensure of a cool quiet running experience .The motherboard is checked for any signs of liquid spills then sprayed with compressed air to remove any dust or debris. The keyboard has been fully tested and then cleaned with a sanitizer solution to remove any dirt and grime! All exteriors of the laptop are then cleaned with a sanitizer solution using a microfiber cloth. The screen is cleaned using a non-smear solution and a specialized LCD screen cleaning cloth. All ports are checked hoovered and tested as working.

The SSD have been checked using the Crystal Disk Info application and as you can see in the product it reports Good health and a good temperature. The laptop then has a full diagnostic scan to ensure there are no failings or issues, as you will see in the video it passed without any issues. It is then left to run for at least 24 hours without been allowed to sleep or hibernate to ensure no issues develop.

Battery

This model has one internal battery Windows has indicated 5:14 after a full charge, the laptop has then been left to run on the battery for 1:30 hours after which Windows indicated 3:48 hours remaining @ 68%.

The battery has also been scanned with Battery Info View application which reports a battery health of 83.1%.

Indication only and this will vary depending on usage and settings I offer no guarantees on the battery as it is a used consumable item

As you will see the laptop has a tamper evident security seal on the rear of the laptop if this is removed or damaged this may invalidate the warranty and return process
