Condition

This laptop is in Very Good Condition, as shown in the photos and video. It has been well-maintained and functions perfectly, with only a few very minor cosmetic imperfections:

• Lid and Bottom Case: Very light scuffs and scratches.
• Keyboard and Trackpad: Slight shine on some of the keys and clicker buttons. These are purely cosmetic; all keys and clickers function flawlessly and have been properly cleaned.
• Screen: One very faint, tiny white blemish on the upper-left side, barely visible on a bright white background (shown in the product video). This is very minor and does not affect the display quality.
• SIM Card Tray: The SIM card tray is missing from the back. Please note, this model is not configured for mobile WWAN.

These minor imperfections do not affect performance. Please refer to the pictures and video for a closer look at the laptop’s condition.

Preparation, Diagnostics & Cleaning

The internal fan has been removed cleaned hoovered and new thermal paste applied to the heatsink then sprayed with compressed air to ensure of a cool quiet running experience as you can see from the good processor temperature reading via the Core Temp App. The motherboard is checked for any signs of liquid spills and sprayed with compressed air to remove any dust or debris. The keyboard has been fully tested and cleaned with a sanitizer solution  o remove any dirt and grime! All exteriors of the laptop are then cleaned with a sanitizer solution using a microfiber cloth. The screen is cleaned using a non-smear solution and a specialized LCD screen cleaning cloth. All ports are checked and tested as working.

The SSD has been checked using the Crystal Disk application and as you can see it reports Good health and a good temperature. The laptop then has a full diagnostic scan to ensure there are no failings or issues, as you will see in the video it passed without any issues. It is then left to run for at least 24 hours (generally 48 hours) without been allowed to sleep or hibernate to ensure no issues develop.

Battery

This model has one internal battery Windows has indicated 6:28 after a full charge, the laptop has then been left to run on the battery for 1:30 hours after which Windows indicated 9:24 hours remaining @ 85%. The battery has also been scanned with Battery InfoView App and reports a health of 80.9%

This will vary depending on usage and settings I offer no guarantees on the battery as it is a used consumable item

All Windows, System & Bios Updates are applied at the time of listing so its ready to go!

As you will see the laptop has a tamper evident security seal on the rear of the laptop if this is removed or damaged this may invalidate the warranty and return process
